About Spinning Hamster Productions
Why are we called "Spinning Hamsters," you ask?
Spinning Hamsters began
when Crys (Mrs. Hamster and a licensed amateur radio enthusiast), began
working on a teen novel that interweaves amateur radio and teens
partnering with our older generations in order to solve a mystery. She
knew that she would likely self-publish, so she began to think of
catchy names. Amateur radio folks are fondly nicknamed "hams," and
Mrs. Hamster LOVES to spin fiber into yarn ... thus "Spinning Hamster
Productions" was born!
Mr. Hamster (Bob) and Mrs. Hamster decided to make Spinning Hamster
Productions official in our great state of Texas in 2023. The Hamsters
have numerous interests that they have spun into ways to provide y'all
with fun learning and services!
